Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

How to Start a Return:

2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges:
If you need a different color or style, we recommend placing a new order to secure the item and returning the original.
